I had this blzbntagt00000bb8 error, fixed it by following some tutorials, and now whenever I launch into the game it’s not loading right. I could get into the training map but the hero wouldn’t load in nor do any of the bots do. The other tutorials I’ve followed to help with the loading issue didn’t help nor did uninstalling and reinstalling. After trying to fix it it won’t even let me into the training map. Other games work for me btw so its not a problem with my internet.
So I had the same error, I did not follow your tutorials but I did fix my error by simply:
uninstalling, deleting all ow folders (in documents, in program files deleted battle net and overwatch folder, and the blizzard entertainment folder in appdata)
Then went to ccleaner and cleaned the registry files from ow 2 that showed an error since the game was now uninstalled, then I reinstalled battle net launcher and overwatch again, then allowed firewall access to ow and that’s about it.
All is in working order again, good luck with your issue.
