No clearly it means they took it down from PTR and it will be coming to live eventually and they dont need PTR testing anymore before that point in time. Just like when ExC’s disappear after they dont want it tested anymore, regardless of if they go live or not

That was not a new Dva skin. That was a character from the early days of OW development. Her name is Brit and she basically was a prior form of what current day Dva ended up being. She is essentially just concept art at this point.
Jeff never said the map contained new hero teasers/hints. He just said the map contains easter eggs, shimada lore, and OW2 contextualization for future lore
