Has anyone noticed this in their games, when they use cooldowns? The countdown is not showing, same with the ult charge:

This happens since last patch. I do not know what is Blizzard waiting for to fix this.
I played yesterday and it was fine then. I only noticed it today.
I’ve been getting a bug where the ammo count and health number display looks as though they’re having a seizure.
It is a bug since the last patch.
The CTR+Shift+N screen has all the text bugged and sometimes it carries over to the other text.
