Is there a way I can use my PS4 or Xbox 360 controller on my PC Overwatch? Is it just plug and play or is there more to it?
Or should I buy a PC special controller?

Yes, there is controller support but NOT aim assist, use any controller you want. PS4 controller, download DS4Windows (transfers DirectInput to xInput),
Xbox / generic controller is xInput which is Microsoft’s input which is native to Windows.
