No, and there is good reason for it. It is WAY too easy to emulate a controller on a PC, innately granting unreasonable advantage.

Controller players on PC are at a disadvantage as there is no aim assist when using one.
Or at least there never was. If that’s changed at some point, I’m unaware if so.

We are at no disadvantage at all because you just turn up your sensitivity and get get used to being more precise. Sure it takes a while to fully adjust to it after having been a kb/m user but never think using a controller automatically is horrible without AA. Id love to get a console just to see the difference tho

Since console lobbyists get to ruin solo QP PC play with no recourse from PC players to turn it off, I fully agree.
Unleash the 10s of us on controller into console lobbies.

I think it’s when they’re in comp that the controller aim assist is disabled. Which kind of begs the question why they’re even allowed to play in PC comp with a controller if THE equalizer is disabled. I mean imagine if PC aiming/ sensitivity was forcibly reduced to match the lowest dual zone settings in that match? PC would stand no chance.
Excuse me? It’s all for the sake of queue times, my guy. Also, you gotta be grouped up with a PC buddy to even enter the PC pool. “Cross play” option on console is for other consoles.

This is my usual perspective:
I’m saying PC players don’t get to opt out of console players, why should controller players get the choice to opt out of PC controller players? Also, they bump M+K console Ximmers into PC lobbies where they get aim assist and M+K.
Also, IDC about queue times, I was a tank player/main in OW1. I’d also legit rather wait 15mins in queue for a balanced game vs the slop OW2 serves me these days.

The choice is to “not queue with a PC player”.
If by chance they do, they’re plopped into PC lobby.
The “cross play” function? That’s for other consoles. Disabling that makes it impossible to play with other types of consoles.

Who are you talking about, or I don’t think I quite understand the point you’re making?
I mean, yeah. If you are using crossplay to play with friends in either direction you’re going to get put with mixed groups, or you should. Except that isn’t always how the MM works, it’ll often enough put you and your console buddies in with a full PC 5-stack, depending on the MMR. Or it’s so wide the MM guidances all go out the window.
? (maybe they should have a console-only crossplay option, I guess, but I think the MM already does that for you unless you’re Masters+ on console)
Again, as a solo PC player, sometimes I will get console players on my team, and on the enemy team. Also Ximmers. Do. Not. Want.
