My controller works for every other game i play on my laptop and overwatch just refuses to let me play it with my controller. the only thing my controller does in-game is act as a mouse instead of using my mouse. is this a thing because i upgraded to win 11? does PC overwatch just no longer support controllers? I’m reaching the end of my rope with this because i really wanna be able to play again

Controllers are supported, but not sure if it’s limited to certain models. You may be able to ask the staff via the ticket system.
is the model thing new to overwatch 2? because i remember playing with my controller like once after overwatch 2 came out but more recently i haven’t been able to. do you think its related to upgrading my system to windows 11?
It could be Windows 11, I don’t know for sure. I’m recommending you open a ticket before you make any changes, like rolling back your OS, so you can get answers to these questions. I only play with mouse and keyboard, so I have no experience troubleshooting controllers.
