i play with controller and mouse on pc, does anyone do this as well?? i cant use keyboard to save my life. also, hanzo´s habillities are bugged so i cant bind them separately. any help on that?

There is one famous hybrid player like that.
His name is Tensa and he was on the GOATS team.
He is also credited as the one who invented the now infamous GOATS comp that was named after them.
(He was a Lucio player I believe)

Like you use buttons on the controller for movement? That’s sounds kinda weird but if it works for you then keep doing it.
some controller players do it when switching
but take it from someone who had to switch

for me it was easier with prior kbm experience in games and just having muscle memory where each key is but at the end of the day it will always be better
i use an xbox controller for movement (WASD) and a logitech g600 for everything else. also what do you mean by hanzo’s abilities being bugged?
When I still payed on pc I did the same. Mapped movement and jumping to the controller/left bumper. Aimed with the mouse and had abilities tied to scroll wheel and side mouse buttons. Made it to diamond pretty easily but eventually went back to console. Keyboard just never felt natural for gaming IMO. Hitting q, shift, and e during a team fight was like trying to speak a different language to me.
Sometimes I play with a controller, it’s definitely possible for some supports/main tanks.
Is ur PC kinda potato? That would explain a lot if it is.
Like I mean if you got, say a RTX 2080ti + intel 10900k build i dont see how you would go back to console after experiencing that
i7 9700f, 1660 super, and 16GB of ram. Got almost a locked 300fps and stuck with low on a 144hz monitor. I just prefer to play my multiplayer shooters on console. Not a M+KB player, prefer thr even playing field, and the controller mouse hybrid didn’t translate well to every hero. No aim assist for controller made a lot of aim based heroes unplayable for me. I use my pc for pc exclusives/single player games.
My best irl friend plays like that.
This is honestly what I think would be my biggest problem if I switched to PC, that and fingers drifting to wrong keys. I would literally need a keyboard with like only the 4 movement buttons or something so my fingers don’t get lost.

OW tho is best played on the PC platform for sure no doubt about it
You just gotta practice more w/ M+K. When i first used M+K I was an absolute complete piece of trash with it an it took a while to get used to it
Using a controller for movement, in theory, can be very beneficial as it makes you more nimble.
The only essential part of your setup is the mouse in a first person shooter. The other input devices are nowhere near as important. Pick whatever you are most comfortable with to complement your mouse: keyboard, controller, joystick, pedals, etc…
Some games (especially older ones) don’t support certain input device combinations due to bad/outdated implementations. That’s usually the only limitation.
Analogue stick VS keyboard have their own pros and cons in case of movement. In most first person shooters keyboard comes out on top due to easy ADAD but OW has quite a few heroes that can benefit a lot from an analog stick.
