I’ve been playing on xbox and my controller just freeze every 10 minutes. I’ve done all the troubleshooting steps and it’s probably game related cause it happens only on Overwatch 2
Used to happen to me in the beta as well but never on overwatch 1

I am on xbox series x and the controller freezes for me as well. It happened in the 2nd beta and is happening now still. The game acts like the controller is disconnected and i have to turn it off and back on again.

Having the same issue.
Unplugging and replugging the headset in the controller helps.
Without a connected headset it seems stable.

Having the same issue with an elite controller. Caant pull the battery our or turn off the controller when it freezes. Keep getting kicked for inactivity. Please fix this

I have the exact same problem!! It’s super annoying and the games becomes unplayable. It stays solid without plugging my headset in, but then obviously I have no sound.
Having this same issue but for me it bugs out my entire console. The moment I jumó into an unranked match I can’t move my character or get a delayed response and then it just locks and moves me in circles.
