So far it happend twice to me when im in game and out of blue its like my controller disconnects even tho its still on and my hero just runs in circles from that point ignoring any input forces me to hard reset my ps5 any other game it works just fine and judging from this topic

We need answers Blizzard. This is happening to us also. We lose comp games because we are down a player. Please fix!
This is till happening to me, hasn’t happened for the first couple months i started playing on ps5.
But recently in games my inputs have just gone compl out the window, sometimes none of them work and i’m staring at the ground, sometimes it is a literal 5 second delay.
i play on pc but just jumping in a game on ps5 is so much more chill and it’s frustrating to have it not work most the time.
