I just watched “Control” and Im putting together the pieces.
I thought “Control” was really-well made. Brought me a couple tears too 
And it gave some more detail to “Juno’s Story Time” video.
In the Voice Lines section, Juno has a voice line that goes “A Conspiracy, about me?”. Now I have some idea what she is referring to. I think she is referring to the Overwatch team having suspicious about Juno and if she really is from Mars or what her mission really is.
Its said that Project Red Promise was a secret mission so Overwatch would not know about the colony of Mars because of this. Therefore the Overwatch team are not fully informed on what Red Promise was about. Is Mei holding secrets back too? How far does the Juno conspiracy go?
we still have little information, but I think Mei is the only one who could confirm that the Red Premise project exists. if only because she personally knows Juno’s mother. a comparison on a person they both know would already be enough for the Overwatch team to believe what she says.
but I have another theory in mind: maybe she’s talking about Talon or Null Sector who are curious to know who this Martian is. Or Sombra, who since the short story Lucky Man (Heroes Ascendant book) has now started to form a possible lore of mysterious signals scattered everywhere in the world of Overwatch. and maybe… one of these was brought in the Red Promise mission causing the weather anomalies on Mars. 
something that perhaps also concerns Sombra herself, who took an interest in the search for the artifact that Talon was looking for in Ilios, asking for the collaboration of an archaeologist like Venture.
in short, a lore of “puzzles” to investigate or find is emerging, one of which was found in the short story Lucky Man.
