Continue to get really high ping spikes and then lose connection

I made a post already but messed it up. During some games all the players will freeze and then my ping will shoot up really high and then I will disconnect from the game servers, but then join right back. I did the WinMTR test

Hey whataboi,

Looks like you are getting some massive latency spikes and packet loss starting at this location on the route to the servers. I would recommend contacting your ISP so they can investigate what’s happening here.

When your connection leaves your residence, you start losing 1-3% data and also have slow response times from the ISP lines. You can try rebooting your modem and see if you can get off these hops, but if that doesn’t correct the issue, you may need to forward these results to your ISP.

You can ignore the insane ping numbers for Blizz hops, as they are configured to not respond to all requests, which inflates the number.
