Continously being d/c’d without losing internet connection, and getting punished for it!
Something is going on y’all with the servers today, or there are some rampant DDoS hackers going around
Either way, I am unable to play or stay connected for more than 3 minutes without “losing connection to server” despite never once losing internet connection.
Don’t waste your time going to the support, they just point you to the bug forums

ive had mysterious dropouts i will try connecting to ethernet if it starts happening again but i feel its something on blizzards end that is causing it or someone has somehow managed to get players IP address which they claim shouldnt be possible
blizzard does not run ssh for gamer traffic. so anyone can sniff the traffic to the data centers they rent.
that data is suppose to be encrypted and if someone is decrypting it that is a a cfaa violation
ive never known a game company to run encryption during a gaming session excepr for account login credentials.
enyrpting the dns traffic would help stop DDOS attacks and swatting as well possibly like players arent meant to see another players IP address only blizzard is meant to see the IP address but if playing through console the console service provider and blizzard
it would be nice but companies wont spend the extra money on it because it requires more resources and the end-user has to be able to have enough power to handle it.
i think the encryption happens at the server end of things and shouldnt require much resources
