What I think should happen:
Off = no health bar shown.
Contextual = only shown when below full HP and dissapears when full health.
On = health bars are visible at all times.
What happens:
Off = no health bar shown.
Contextual = health bars are visible at all times.
On = health bars are visible at all times.
An odd thing to note is when set to off the training bots health bar shows a contextual behaviour.
