Content Creators agents of Blizzard

Extremely disingenuous, totally biased & laughing at all the valid criticism of the monetization. They know it will affect their income and relationship with Blizzard. Never trust a word they say. (Stylos seems the only one being unbiased & calling out the awful pricing)

Yup. Good on you with the keen awareness. Be careful though, Stylosa may be in the pocket books of Blizzard as well.

Anyone who had early access or obtained a copy of the game that isn’t your typical reviewer, a la IGN, Gamespot, PC Gamer, do not take their word. Do your own research.

stylosa truly does seem like the only one with some principles still and willing to make videos because he wants to make videos instead of making videos because he has to make videos.

Just ā€œbe carefulā€. More than meets the eye. Never judge a book by its cover.

Most of these content creators are often the harshest critics, so they are not really in ā€œBlizzards’ pocketsā€ as they seem.

That NDA meeting has definitely had the opposite effect of making me engage more with those creators. I’ve blacklisted even the ones I like for the foreseeable future because I can’t trust their opinions to be genuine and I don’t feel comfortable supporting the tight leash Blizzard is keeping on creators.

Its nothing new, we should get used to that type of things thanks to game journalist’s / others who rate stuff online

Stylosa has the same privileges that they do, but clearly his character will not allow him to play along. The thing you do not realize is that Blizzard is not paying them directly. They are doing it via favors. Those people are acting how they perceive Blizzard wants them to. It is less that Stylosa is some grand sage and more that everyone else is shady.

Lol. Yeah, blizzard is secretly putting checks in content creators bank accounts to be pro ow2.

These kids are as bad as alex jones.:rofl::rofl:

Being ā€œphysicallyā€ paid vs being paid or rewarded gaming features that others do not have access or can obtained is another way of saying, they are in their pockets. One way or another, there will be some sort of bias when it comes to them speaking favorably about the companies decisions or specifics.

most content creators for OW don’t have any direct benefit from Blizzard.

They make $ off streaming the game only.

They are all puppets being controlled by the ā€œdeep stateā€.

I honestly dont know how they can sleep at night because they 100% know that they have literally all the information and choose to say what they say to stall and then just drop their ow2 stuff when blizzard tells them too.

flats is honestly the one that is the worst about it, if you ask him anything about ow2 he just gets defensive and starts lashing back at the said person calling them stupid and telling them theyre just misinformed and theyre some sort of a brainwashed misinformation illuminati person. you know hitting all the buzzwords from the corporate press.
