Contenders Skin Issue - Brig

I know I watched over 20+ hours of contenders matches and still haven’t received my Brigitte skin. I always had the green dot and earned the doom and bap skins no issue this month, and all other skins every other month.
I even watched all the extended matches to make sure if their was an issue that I would still unlock brig. (seeing as I unlocked echo on the first few days of April.)

I went through the dates that you showed for the earned brig but not echo skin thread to see what matches I had watched.

I have never had issues getting the contenders skins after the rocky start the first month the rewards were offered.

Please help. After watching all of these matches (and entering a support ticket which helped nothing…), posting on the " Overwatch Streaming Rewards Guide & Troubleshooting" thread and being ignored twice… I’m kind of annoyed about this entire thing.

First off I apologize for not giving a direct response. Right now my focus has been mostly on the Overwatch League Ana skin drop as that is the current promtion running this weekend. Replies are flooding in on my troubleshooting guide thread so it has been very overwhelming for me.

Understand that at this point there is little I can do from my end regarding April’s contenders promotion skin drops. I do know that the Overwatch Path-to-Pro team is still working on making sure anyone who is still owed any skin drops from either April or May is getting caught up and manually issuing the skins. This may take time on their end.

At this time my recommendation is hang tight and maybe check back later this week if nothing has still be received. Thanks for your understanding.
