Constantly getting disconnectged within 5 minutes of a match

Since season 9, I have been getting disconnected from game servers regardless of what kind of game server it is, whether it’s the practice range, team deathmatch, stadium, ranked, quickplay, skirmish, and arcade event modes. Normally, I’m able to complete one game per day, which was okay with me, but ever since season 12, I have been getting disconnected within the 1st 5 minutes of my 1st game of the day.

I have been in contact with support to try and figure out a way on my end to fix the issue, however none of the recommendations that were given to me have not improved my situation. It has gotten increasingly frustrating for my duo and I since we enjoy playing the game together, but we’re unable to play it since I cannot last 5 minutes in a game server.

It is inconceivable to me for this to be an issue on my end, I have finished all the troubleshooting the support team has provided me. I played other online games and did not experience any connectivity issues. The support team recommended I should tell my issue here in hopes of improvement.

If only we could get an answer that isn’t “It’s not happening to me!”

I can’t even stay connected to any game! I’ve had multiple matches where my teammates could still type in chat!! But weren’t in the game!!!

it happens to me that it says finding game and it never connects and they penalize me and it’s already 4 times that it happens to me so I prefer not to play, I put a ticket and they never responded and they penalize me permanently I prefer not to play.

Try changing your MTU if you are confident its not a problem on your end.
Happened also to me, internet working just right, no disconnections in other games and stuff, no latency problems, internet was just working as it should and when i changed my MTU it fixed itself, i can link my article with a tutorial if you want
