Hey folks. my friend is having some issues with OW2 on PC. Anytime he launches the game his computer softlocks on the launcher screen requiring a full system restart. I have had him re-install both OW2 itself, and the battle.net client, as well as scan and repair. I also just had him update his drivers to the most recent Nvidia drivers (10/27/2022) but it is still not working. What else can we try? Any suggestions would be massively appreciated
