Constant disconnects

Always happens nearing mid match the game will begin to just randomly lose connection. Even reloading me into the match constantly. The only solution is to shut the game down entirely but then it happens again. This is only recent activity. I am connected to the NY server group.

Game runs fine.
Couple matches in game DC’s me at an alarming rate. And it continues until I shut the game down.
Not my machine I have been running OW since vanilla and have never had this much of a problem.
Not my ISP either I am hardwired into my BB router which is right next to my desk. No one is on my router it’s only me in my household.

There are only two US servers, one in Chicago and one in Las Vegas. If you run a connection test and capture a disconnect we can tell you what’s happening, but we need data to proceed.

Also using “Pingplotter” from the FAQ, the Blizzard IP 137.221.72.33 is the culprit.

My IP is sub 20 ping to my ISP which is sub 50 to the 137.221.72.33 IP (which is Blizzard) then after that, it goes to crap leading to disconnects, packet loss and unable to reconnect to servers messages. I either have to alt f4 to get the game to quit or use the task manager to kill the OW program which refuses to shut down on its own after this.

We don’t need a DxDiag, we need the WinMTR or PingPlotter results. A lot of times playrs misinterpret the lack of ICMP responses as a disconnect in the test, but some server nodes are configured to ignore the packets the test uses. Please post the data from those.

You LITERALLY LINKED in YOUR RESPONSE to POST THE DXDIAG.

WTF do you mean you DIDNT ASK FOR IT.

Get your Boss plz. Someone who knows wtf to do. Its not only me either, there are MULTIPLE players posting about this.

I gave you the PINGPLOTTER. It tests that after my ISP the next server is the one listed above, OWNED BY BLIZZARD. That is where the issue is.

Didnt realize READING COMP was not a mandatory requirement for a forums MVP.

AND NONE OF THIS explains why BNet constantly is the first thing to crash. Which then makes OW crash and I dont mean crash to bluescreen I MEAN IT PULLS ME OFF THE SERVER AND RELOADS ME INTO IT several TIMES.

There is NOTHING. NOTHING that either MYSELF or my ISP can do to cause that. That is ALL YOUR SERVERS. Your servers are the problem. One of them in your grid is messing up for East Coast players following a certain pingpath.

I am also having this problem, but I play on console not computer. More specifically I play on Xbox One S, NOT the series S.

And either halfway through a match or almost near the VERY END, I get booted from the game and a ‘banner’ pops up on my screen saying that it’s an Xbox Server issue… if this is an issue since the new update, I REALLY hope it resolves cause I spent over $30 on getting my Battle Pass and if I don’t get to use it I’m gonna be a bit more than peeved off haha

I do have screenshots of what I saw on my screen what I was booted from the game but I cannot send them here, it won’t allow me.

You did not fully read my reply or the post I linked. Here is what I said:

A DxDiag is not a connection test. The forum quotes the whole reply when you paste a link to it. The connection test instructions are listed in the reply I linked to you, right after the DxDiag.

There is no PingPlotter result in your reply. Their tests create their own sharable link.

I don’t work at Blizzard, so I don’t have a “boss to get.” There is no requirement placed on me to completely solve any tech issue or assist players who are abusive in the forum. If you want help, be respectful to the only person trying to help you.

even on my local server (SG), i am getting 50 Ms latency and 50 IND

I Should be getting 20 -30 Ms and 20 -25 for IND at most! like always

something is wrong with their network

Where is the actual tech support? they are always not being helpful via the ticket system and they always blame our devices/network when it’s clearly something wrong on their end…

can you get someone to look at the servers, please… something is clearly broken along the chain
