I’m currently suspended because the game crashes constantly now after the season 9 update. It displays the message “The Software was closed because an error occurred”, this is extremely frustrating and needs to be addressed

Same! Same error code! I noticed i got kicked when i used my ult towards the end of a match. Not cool… Sorta happy to know im not alone, but still very frustrating. After ths 3rd time, i hopped off and on a different game.

Same here, for both me and my partner playing on Switch lite. Tried to uninstall and reinstall, clear cache and cheched for corrupt data but nothing works. Since I’ve been kicked out multiple times I now have a ban for 15 minutes. Afraid that if I try to play again and get error I will get a longer ban?

Also having this issue. Its really annoying and I can’t find a fix for it. It’s more annoying because I’ve bought the battle pass and can’t climb tiers because I keep getting chucked out. Glad I’m not the only one.

Yep, got a ban yesterday so I quit playing and hoped it would be fixed by today. Now I have a two hour ban. I give up until I see it’s been fixed. Isn’t this why you test stuff before you release it live? “Measure twice, cut once.” -Genji

I got 4 hours now 
could play one normal game, then got kicked when we saw potg. After that 4 hours, not fun at all.

SAME after the season 9 update I crashed multiple times! That never happened before.!!
I’m suspended for an hour now cause it keeps crashing while I try to get higher in ranks… it’s frustrating

Oh my goodness this has been happening my my friends and I on switch as well. It’s super frustrating especially with the leaver rules in place causing suspensions to come quicker. It sucks when we are unwillingly thrown out mid match. Like my friend and I hardly ever leave a match, so it’s disheartening and disappointing to get suspended.
I really hope they fix it soon >.<

Bamned for 4 hours now because of being removed from games due to error…
blizzard you need to fix your game every single match I play my game crashes saying there was an error this only started after the season 9 update and it’s frustrating to get suspended for my game crashing a million time a match ( I play on switch) PLEASE FIX THIS IMMEDIATELY!
