There is an obvious one that nobody can deny: the overtime buff.
A team can be struggling the entire round/game, but then suddenly everyone becomes a pro player in the last seconds, and the day is saved.

I’ve noticed that too. that everyone builds ultimates much faster.
Other things include one team that always builds their ults faster than the other team.
So yeah. game seams to be unfair, and its “bleh”.
The attack-and-defend maps are designed in a way to make it easier for the attackers to make initial progress, then gradually swing in favor of the defenders. This is most clearly seen with the distance between the objective and the spawn locations for both teams. Early on, the attackers spawn closer. But near the end, you’re right next to the defender spawn.
