I’ve never really played Reaper, but when I play against him, here’s what usually happens:
- he hops left and right while coming forward
- he serpentines
- he seems to either land every shot or at least three (enough to kill the squishies I play)
I’m really curious what kind of settings these Reapers are using. And don’t just say he has a large spread on his ammo. That isn’t all that’s happening.
Should I be using a giant Aim Assist window so I can flick left and right to keep my body out of the enemy cross-hairs while still landing shots?
Should me horizontal settings be mid-ranged? What about vertical? With Torb I have about 30% accuracy and I am constantly laying down suppressive fire, but I use 100 AA strength / 0 window / 85 smoothing and my Horizontal is 100 / Vertical 85. Both Dual Zone and Exponential run about the same for me.
Now when fighting a Reaper I can barely land a shot (mostly because Torb’s RoF is so slow, and Reaper self-heals). But I’d like to know what settings I should be using to play Reaper like this because they obviously aren’t the same as my default.
