been 3 years since this post has been up.
only just bought the game, finding out i have to buy a new controller because i have the glitch and i want to cry I JUST PAID £50 FOR THE GAME so there goes 100 quid towards just a game. life sucks.
just got Overwatch for Nintendo Switch, also having this problem. nice to know that the infinite menu scrolling isn’t my joycons or my pro controller drifting and rather a problem with the software on ALL consoles
I am having the same issue with infinite scrolling on one of my controllers. Oddly it only occurs when using my new(ish) controller. If i turn it off and switch to my older controller (5+ years old) the issue resolves itself immediately. So not sure its necessarily a joystick sensitivity issue because my older controller works fine and its my new controller giving me issues.
I also have the same problem, tryied everything and nothing worked. Can Blizzard please look into this, I see people talking about this problem for the past 4 years, and nobody has fixed. Fix it

Same here, controller goes crazy in the menue on overwatch 2… so annoying. Is there a way to fix it???

I had this problem on OW1, and it is still present on OW2. It is beyond annoying. Need a fix ASAP!!
I have it as well, it is so sad how the Overwatch team promised to listen to their players and yet ignore us once again, i lost all hopes for this to ever be fixed 
have this problem on ps4 with overwatch 2. even in overwatch 1 i had this but only like since 2020, but it was not so annoying like it is now in ow2. you cant choose hero or select menues, options. gonna delete the game because of this. 7k+ hours player btw.
Glad it’s not just me… I actually sent my elite 2 back because I thought it was broken because of this 
The workaround is to use the D-pad in the menus, but it’s not great.
