I’m playing on my Xbox x mid game yesterday I get kicked out. I get the console credits SMS challenge error and I can’t find any solution. Or any help on how is this fixed?
Same thing happened to me on ps5 and I can’t figure out how to fix it

If you have the game on PC via Bnet or Steam, logging in there should resolve it. I think it’s a problem with consoles not delivering the authentication, not sure.
I’ve heard the steam route also, but 1 I don’t have steam 2 i shouldn’t have to get steam to fix a problem i didnt create. So because of their own bug, I’m getting penalized for it. I’m losing hundreds of dollars that I put into the game. All my things are verified. It’s season 9. I’ve been playing the whole time so I don’t understand the problem.

I’m a volunteer here, and I think you have some valid points. However, since this is an issue that comes and goes, I think it’s a problem with the console networks not handling the SMS verification properly. I have never run into this issue from PC.
So as a console player on xbox x what’s the solution then

Probably ask Microsoft about it? Wait it out? I really don’t know since I’m not a console player and don’t have any inside info about this situation.
How do I contact someone from blizzard support directly? Since there’s nowhere anywhere besides a support ticket which makes you feel like you’re just being ignored because nothing’s being done about it.

Support tickets are the only way to contact Blizzard employees.
This is literally the only game I’m having problems playing. Minecraft, CoD, Fortnite work just fine. It shouldn’t be that difficult to authenticate! Much less contact any helpful support. They don’t even answer on Twitter for 3 days!

Can someone tell me the error code and provide the exact wording it displays? Trying to find other solutions with some extensive Googling lol
Can you try this:
- Open your Battle.net account in a web browser on phone or PC.
- Click Connections on the menu and link your console.
- Restart the game on the console.
It’s saying Error 400 : the challenge was created with unsupported parameters and can not be displayed after witch you get the, no console credentials in finishsims challenge. Which is after I go through all the blizzardnet stuff which doesn’t tell me anything. So it would be appreciated if there was a fix for console players who doesn’t own a PC

It doesn’t provide any error code. It just says failed to connect to server.

Yes and it’s still says the same thing,have to scan a QR code and then error 400 BS so yeah nothing is working
Are their any updates on finding out what the problem is? Because I still can’t get into the game

Like I mentioned above, I’m a volunteer. I have access to the same information you do. The steps I offered came from searching Reddit.
