In console competitive, do they use the aim assist or is that turned off or you have to use your actual aim on Console?
I cannot give you an official answer.
But considering how often people miss their shot in Bronze and Silver , I would say we dont have aim assist.
I come from PC so I didnāt know a whole lot about Console and what was on it I know PC donāt have I donāt have auto aim
in console vs console matches, aim assist is auto turned on. if you are in pc pool (outside of comp) it will be auto turned off.
we have aim assist in comp ye, doesnt mean u dont have to aim though. if aim assist wasnt a thing, hitscans would be unplayble in low ranks
Console is very different from PC
big agree to that from my side
There is aim assist on console unless you change your aim assist settings in options. The aim assist on console isnāt as strong as it is in Apex. You really have to fine tune your settings up to preference. The only time its strength really shows is when someone xims (cheating), plays soldier/sojourn and completely beams your team.
I do want to try comp on console but I donāt know if I want to do it right now or later I use to play comp some I was bronze on overwatch 1
Yeah of course you have aim assist in Competitive.
Not really sure what this means. Unless youāre saying that having aim assist is āfake aimingā and no aim assist is āactual aimā or something along those lines.
I just didnāt know if it was used in comp since I came from pc console Overwatch Itās completely new to me because Iām so used to playing on PC even the controllers are a little different because Iām used to having a keyboard to play on
