I’d love the option to map a button to allow to me to do a quick 180 turn. Perhaps one key for a right turn and another key for a left turn.
So I can keep my low sensitivity for aiming but have a quick turn when needed.

Turn smoothing to zero and invest in Kontrol Freeks. It’s the best we can do.
Go to your settings turn everything to 100% sensitivity. Then mess with aim assist strength and aim assist window size to achieve a basic level of control learn all the settings and what they do exactly to achieve a much greater control and to tweak them at precisely what you want.
a 180 button might actually make you overshoot or undershoot, and it may not grant you that accuracy you think you might be getting. Unless you were able to see 180° behind you that spin might actually disorientate you and cause different kind of problems in exchange for the ones you may or may not have fixed.
I’ve never been comfortable with a 180 button in games that had it so I can’t say I’d use it but, it would be a nice option to have.
Console OW is due for quite a few QoL improvements though, this may be pretty low in priority.
I guess that’s my best bet. Right now I can’t even go under 97 aim smoothing without it getting out of control
Honestly not a bad idea. I really like how GTA V has this for when I use a controller.

Try turning down the aim smoothing by 1 every few days and you’ll eventually get used to it
This is akin to a macro which is considered cheating.
left for dead has this too on controller… quick 180 turn tho bonk them pesky zombz
