For the past, ~18 hours whenever I’m in an Overwatch game, competitive, quick play, or arcade, my game disconnects from the server with no warning. I have a consistent 37 ms of latency and then all of a sudden I get kicked out. I’ve reinstalled the game, changed my graphics to the lowest possible settings and still nothing has changed.

I am sorry to hear about these drops. I know getting kicked like this is bad for trying to enjoy the game. I hope I can help out here.
Based on what the error you are getting I would want to test the connection. I want to get a WinMTR from the computer to us and to see if we can catch the drop.
Out side of that, I would want to get a DxDiag posted here. This will help us check out the system for any thing that can cause problems.
DxDiag:
- Press Windows Key + R.
- Type DxDiag and press Enter.
- In the DxDiag window, click Save All Information.
- Name the file “dxdiag” and click Save
- Paste the DXdiag into the post, select and highlight everything you just pasted, and hit the “code” button (</>). That’ll make the information much more readable.
