Consistent 1000+ ping and a large % of dropped packages

I am suddenly experiencing over 1000 ping and multiple dropped packages today leading to disconnects and making the game unplayable. This occurs only for Overwatch, other games/websites work just fine.

Things I’ve tried:

  • Restart of PC/Router
  • Reinstall and Repair the game
  • Flushed DNS
  • Changed DNS Server

I’ve also tried to do network diagnostics but the server IP has been removed from the in-game network info panel. I’ve tried getting it from the network activity, and have found this IP being sent the most packages from the OW process - 64.224.27.206 , but I’m not sure it’s the actual game server. The hop that loses an abnormal amount of packets is to the host “et-0-0-2-br01-eqam1 . as57976 . net” which appears to be a Blizzard server

Level 3 nodes ignore ICMP requests, so the response time on that line is irrelevant when troubleshooting.
