Connection problems for HoTnet users

in the past two days i cant play the game because of some “Connection problems” that im having.
but those kind of problem are happening to me only in overwatch, my internet is fine and i dont have any problems in other game & i dont even have lags.
Whenever i play in “training mode” i can play normally, no connection problems at all - but when im starting a quick play or competitive, is working fine with no lags but 4 minutes after the game crashes with this symbol (in the picture)

need some help please :slight_smile:

EDIT: it wont let me upload the picture
it shows unconnected cables with red background, and then the game crashing and asking me to put username and password

EDIT 2: im trying to add the text file from winMTR but it dosent let me copy paste, i get error “You cant include links”
kinda frustrated because for the next 15 games ill get -75% exp because this problem…
other games works just fine!

We went ahead and dug in to this and were able to see that users on your ISP have been experiencing issues for the last couple days. We have open up a report to gather data.

Having same issue, but only intermittently. I’ve tried to capture it with the WinMTR but haven’t been successful. But I would say once every day or two, I get the ‘Lost Connection to Server’ error.

Same issue here for the past 2 weeks. also hotnet user and they are not providing any answers. any help will be appricated I really want to play the game. If the problem will continue this week ill probably have to change my isp

Hey everyone,

The reports are helpful, please keep them coming. In the mean time, we often find that an alternate connection method can allow you to access the game temporarily. Your best bet with this is trying a mobile hotspot with your phone or testing on a different ISP.

Just changed ISPs and it works well, obviously.
@Blizzard, Can you PLEASE do something about those bans? I got banned 3 days ago due of this issue.
