So I’ve recently connected my Ethernet into my computer since I kept getting ping spikes. After it was plugged in, I stopped getting ping spikes, but I kept losing connection every several hours. Also, my OW game has been crashing even before all of this. How do I fix these problems?

Black Screen Crashes Due to Razer Chroma Software
We’ve received a number of recent reports of crashes with recent builds of Razer Chroma SDK. Razer has been working on the problem for a while, and it appears to have been fixed with Razer Synapse 3. Below are steps to resolve the issue.
