I have been playing overwatch for a while on a lower end system and just recently updated to a newer laptop, however, I have since been experiencing frequent lag spikes that occur during frustrating moments that take away some of the fun of the game. I have looked into the topic on the forum a bit and have just recently done the WinMTR testing and was hoping for some help regarding this as I am mainly clueless about these things.

WinMTR v0.92 GPL V2 by Appnor MSP - Fully Managed Hosting & Cloud Provider
I hope I set it up right to help with sending the data and any help is appreciated.
Your local equipment is losing 1% of packets, and the lines coming to your home as also showing this loss with high response times. Can you call your ISP and have them come check both?
Thank you very much for the response. On the ISP front, with my current living situation its a bit complicated but ill see what I can do(long story short college apartment for now with a bizarre internet bundle). Thanks again for all the help!
