Connection issue

I was just playing competitive matches as usual. I’ve been playing for a long time, but in my latest match, the game suddenly kicked me back to the loading screen before entering. It showed a “connection failed” error, even though my Battle.net app was working perfectly fine. There were no issues with my internet connection at all.

Because of this, I ended up getting a 20-hour ban for no reason, even though I didn’t do anything wrong. My network has been stable and there were no disruptions on my end. Could you please look into this issue? It has happened several times before, but I never reported it until now.

I keep crashing in the load screen. It just started happening after the update last week. It’s happened so many times I now have an hour suspension. This needs to be fixed asap so we can play with no disruptions, or at the very least discontinue suspensions until the issue is fixed. I mainly play 6v6 on Xbox. NEVER had these issues before this update.
