I go by male pronouns and am a guy in real life. But still aggravates me that people assume stuff in general, not just genders. That is all. Thus the calling people they until they tell me otherwise. I find it rude to make assumptions about people you don’t know.
Very much so. It used to really bother me when people assumed I was a guy, but I’ve gotten over it after 20 years of internet gaming. But I totally can understand when others might get annoyed by it, especially now that women make up (legitimately) 50 percent of the gaming population. And women are actually a majority in certain genres, and I don’t mean stuff like the Sims

viable? It was and on live still is hands down the best weapon, as zaryas beam. Blizzard will have it’s reason why it got nerfed so fast, could be cause it indeed was too strong.

From the amount of threads about Sym, I’d say the whiners are the ones who are against the nerf

Just when I was actually thinking about returning to Overwatch, I see this. 
They don’t want anyone playing symmetra period. The devs along with the community hates symmetra. All I’m seeing on youtube comments and these forums are morons celebrating her nerfs and most are surprisingly coming from genji and tracer mains.
You must be happy then, the character you can’t deal with is finally gets nerfed. Instead of git gud, your whine has been granted. You must be so proud of yourself. Whiner.
They don’t balance on whining which is why she will not be reverted. Sym is just doing too much damage. They have better statistics than we do. They fixed a bug with beams, they’re doing adjustments. You still get more consistent non-glitched beams but with a little less dps.
People whined about Doom, not Sym.

It’s not her fault that she did too much damage. It’s not her fault that the enemy can’t kill a squishy with no survivability except the infamous unreliable TP. It’s not her fault that she’s underestimated and ignored by the enemy which results in her melting them. Why do we get punished for someone else’s stupid move?
The nerfs don’t even punish good Syms from doing this. It’s just the mediocre ones that switch to her because “she’s meta” that will feel this.
The beam size nerf is justifiable. But why do they nerf her damage? Her single target first level beam is just a worst version of Winston tickle beam. The damage nerf is too unreasonable.
