i completed 4 of 7 challenges but i did not get the echo skin

I’ve won many ctf games to get the echo skin but isn’t showing up in my challenges and is still saying 0/6. I’m having trouble being able to win the bounty hunter challenge so I don’t think I’m gonna get it but I’ve done the challenge. I’m sure blizzard can check how many I’ve won I’d plz like to get my skin I’ve spend more then enough time winning many ctf games
