The behavior of the support is rude, inadequate, and spiteful, without being provoked, especially considering that the customer may have invested a lot of money into their game, and they are being banned simply because they were reported by angry players who lost the game and reported everyone.

How can someone trust that after giving money for the game, they won’t be banned without reason? They can’t, and this is Blizzard’s biggest problem. The total ignoring and disrespecting of the customer reflects their attitude toward their own product – they don’t care about it.
