Everytime I que into a competitive game I freeze on the players screen with the sr and stuff and can’t load into the hero select screen. I have lost around 150+ sr because of this now. Please help.
I’ve been having the same issue as well as with Quickplay. I tried reaching out to Blizzard support, but they’re blaming Verizon. Verizon’s blaming Blizzard so I honestly have no idea what’s going on. I’d really just like to know what’s going on 
They’re not blaming Blizzard, the issue was already identified as another company that Verizon leases a connecting hub from, on the path to Blizzard.
