When the season first started I was given the top 500 title and rewards, two days later they were all gone. Thought it was a bug and wasn’t too upset about it but now I have 25 games won and I have a high enough rank to be in top 500 but I’m not. I also do not have any type of ranked rewards anymore, I checked the weapon charms and I have nothing for any rank but I still have my overwatch 1 top 500 sprays.

Same with me. My t500 rewards were taken away, the t500 finish was taken away from last season, and this season I’m high enough rank + 25 wins and it won’t give me t500 for some reason.
