I played competitive for the first time since Overwatch 1, and you can’t see your rank till 5 wins or 15 loses. Who is the genius that made that dumb move. I went 3-3 tonight, and can’t see my rank. That is really frustrating!!!

They addressed this at blizzcon, this is set to change in season 9.
Your rank is… Very likely the same as it was before the update. Call me clairvoyant once you realize that I nailed it. 
It’s even better when you lose 4 ranks then win 5 games in a row and only go up by 1.
It is pretty annoying having to wait still.
