I have noticed an issue with ranked where after being placed in Bronze 5, there is no progression to Bronze 4 after massive win streaks. Completing multiple 7 win progressions while losing 2 games at most still “updates” the rank to Bronze 5. My stats (as of the last time I checked) show I have a 69% win ratio and I have personally yet to progress out of B5.
I have made a few social media posts where multiple other people are reporting the same issues. I can provide screenshots if needed. There are even cases where top 500 players and grand master players have been placed in Bronze 5 and are unable to progress to even Bronze 4 after having won multiple series.
The current speculation is that ranked play isn’t recording stats and W/L records properly as there is an issue where stats are only recorded for the last game played in a series and sometimes W/L record will fluctuate without even playing games. Sometimes it will show more loses than what was received and sometimes it will show less.
