Today I went into the competitive Menu where there are 2 Purple windows to select (Role or Open), I went to grab a coffee, came back, and now I am banned for 15 minutes and I have lost some ranking points, which are already terrible to get! Oh well, the coffee taste like dirt anyways!
It’s possible you entered the queue on accident and were put in a game whilst you were away.
