Hi Team,
Currently whenever I play ranked games in overwatch I’ll ALWAYS win or lose between 9% to 13%. No matter how I play and no matter which score balancing I get (positive or negative).
I spoke with some friends and they said it’s a known issue for some people and you can fix it.

Are you Bronze by any chance? Because unfortunately Bronze is a wider pool than others. It is the biggest SR pool to climb out of, resulting in your earned percentage looking smaller than other rank pools. I’ll add the SR numbers below and hopefully it’ll make some sense for ya.
Bronze: 1-1499
Silver: 1500-1999
Gold: 2000-2499
Platinum: 2500-2999
Diamond: 3000-3499
Masters: 3500-3999
Grandmaster: 4000-5000
Plus wide-matching also gives you less % if you are wide-matching with your friends.
