I haven’t got my competitive points for two seasons, I was in gold for both and I didn’t even get the “gold challenger” role.

You probably didn’t win 15 matches in that mode during the season. So you can’t get the rewards. They changed the rewards requirement back to only 5 wins in this season, but it was 15 wins for the last few seasons.

Well did you win 15 matches in that comp mode during the season??? You won’t get rewards if you didn’t. It’s not that hard to understand.
