The progress bar for wins/losses doesn’t update anymore. It’s stuck at 0/30 and wins and losses don’t affect the progress bar. 10 points are still awarded for wins.

Ive had it for WEEKS and am trying my best to get it fixed but support keeps telling me just to reset my password.

Yup… had this now for at least a week, losing so many comp points due to this and yet nothing has been said about it nor have the support helped those with it just bringing us here to these kinda threads where nothing gets sorted… Classic Blizzard who just care about making money and not pleasing the playerbase

Over a week and still no word from the debs. Submitted a ticket to customer support and they just said all we can do is wait for the devs to check the bug reports. Please fix this it’s so annoying losing out on these jade points.
Because of this BUG, I lost two emerald weapons in my current arena.

I’ve lost out on at least 2 at this point.
I don’t get progress points when I win and don’t go down when I lose this has been happening for over a week is basically like I’m playing quick play
My progression bar is keep saying 0/0 for a week already.
