My game runs fine in every single game mode except competitive. After maybe season 11’s start every single time I hop into competitive my fps goes down to 30 and i get frequent stutters and freezing. I only enjoy competitive and I have lost (because when it happens i leave the match soon so the people in the match with me doesn’t need to suffer) about 200 SR in season 12. It’s making the game unplayable. Does anyone have a fix for this?
Best thing I can suggest is submitting a ticket to Blizz to ensure that they can collect as much data as possible regarding what types of systems have been affected. You’ll have to run DxDiag and export your MSInfo32 through the Windows Command Prompt, which is explained at the Ticket Submission window.
