Your competitive match making is incredibly broken and is effecting gameplay and enjoyment of the game. I am a plat player, specifically support, so why am I being queued with a player who is bronze 5 tank and unranked in dps? How is that fair to the players on their team? How am I supposed to rank up when I am consistently being queued with teammates who are not even in the same rank category as me? It makes the game feel unplayable. It doesn’t matter if I have the most healing and assists in every single game, because if my dps and tank aren’t my rank and are not at the skill level of my rank, I cannot do anything to bring back the game and it is practically an automatic loss. For a billion dollar company, it’s hard to believe that you still cannot make a balanced competitive system. Instead of focusing on the real issues of the game, you should keep reworking mercy, cause that’s definitely what your players care about. Your game is becoming unenjoyable, and it makes me sad that I’ve spent as much as I have on the game and it’s not even balanced.

This is the single worst season in the history of the game, and I think it’s entering into Red Alert, Emergency area because they need to do something QUICK.

MMR does not work. You can NOT have players from silver to masters in the same game, and think that will work.

Tank diff is 99% of the game. Fix it. Bring back Off Tanks, or tone down their Godzillaness.
It’s unreal how bad this is gettng, and it’s happening FAST…

I just had a game with me BZ2 , a tank as SLiver3 , and 1 DPS with BZ5.
How could this match even be possible???
Watched the replay. The BZ5 dps could not even aim his target!
DPS difference is far more common than tank diff in the higher ranks.
Tank diff is only a thing below plat.
