When loading into a competitive game, I am stuck viewing a random corner of the map with no hero select screen, unable to move or interact, and eventually getting kicked for inactivity. I can use the chat feature but that’s it. Now I’m getting threats of being banned for the whole season even though it’s not my fault…?
