Either stack or cope to be honest, I mean yeah Iām pretty sure they admit their attempts to force a 50/50 matchmaking but due to many factors nothing will really fix that unless you have a good stack team.
If you want to have more wins, you need to have skill that is 2 ranks above your peak, simple as that. Otherwise, you are at your rank already, hence 50/50.
State your preferred role.
I main support yet I climb faster as dps because I can score more kills. As support I can only painfully watch my dps feed, die, or generally do really rookie things even in diamond.
