So, I’ve played so many sets where I get 5 wins 2 losses, or 5 wins no losses. And yet I’m still on Bronze 5? 100% of the time, it says I’m playing better than 71% of the people in my division.
So why am I still at Bronze 5? I’m literally busting my mother effing behind playing well and improving, spending hours and hours of my time and giving this company money over and over and yet I’m stuck in this bottom-feeder rank without being rewarded for my performance at all? This has to be a bug.
I’m so sick of this ridiculous pathetic company and their absolute refusal to fix their game.

It’s a bug, a game breaking bug, really. Because what’s the point of playing ranked if some stupid bug prevents you from ranking up? Blizzard is so bad. That’s the worst kind of bug you could have in a competitive game, it renders playing the game totally useless. Absolutely disgusting that something like this is in the game and Blizzard does nothing to fix it, or it takes them months to fix it.

Game breaking bug. Had to make a new account to get around it. Which meant getting 50 quick play wins over again which took a stupidly long time. After being bronze 5 for two seasons, my new account is now plat 4 after my placement matches.

Same here, bronze 5 and 71% every time which is so freaking heartbreaking. I always play with my duo that doesn’t have this bug and we’re coming to a point of soon not being able to play together anymore because I’m stuck with this damn bug… I hope they fix this very soon
Yeah, my friend and I have this bug on support. I have it on support and DPS. We stopped playing. Why would we play in b5? It’s maddening.
