So me and a friend have been doing placements, working through all three of ours together. and played our 10 matches me on Tank and them support. Each game i did either as good or better than our team and enemy team in terms of dmg and kills. When we got placed they got plat 3, and I got bronze 1. any rhyme or reason behind it?
The game has your estimated rank from previous ranking or quick play performance. You can only change that by so much in 10 matches. Placements are not a full reset of your rank.

Also, any ideas on why I get so little when winning? playing by myself I get 5-6 sr per match. The last match I played with my friend who plat 3 plays heals, and he got +49 and I got +6 on tank. match was pretty even, but i ended with 45-9 k/d 17k dmg, 3k heals, 7k dmg mitigation
For stat differences, my W/L is around 47% his is 48% and in every comparable stat were almost perfectly even.
