Why do i get 5 mentally blind bots in the team at high lvl?
What is high level?.
Also how can you be mentaly blind? It doesnt make any sense.
Seems like a very “mentally blind” thing to complain about…
OP what’s your rank?
I set the over/under at 2800
Low key screaming bought account to me
Was honestly thinking the same thing
You didn’t bought yours?
BTW the question is serious. When i’m playing on my own account i wonder if my teammates can even speak and/or use the toilet on their own. While the enemy is very often a premade (wtf?? - how can this be?) or just simply skilled players.
However when playing on my daughter’s account i get super teammates and a fair, balanced game.
Daughter is around lvl 300, me above 2000.
“Level/Portrait” means absolutely nothing relative to skill level.
There are two options:
1: No you don’t get “better teammates” your daughter I presume is a child and plays deep in <1000 bronze, you can easily carry those games despite being gold/plat at best? so you find those games super easy and exaggerate the level of competence of your teammates.
2: You are way older than I thought (50+) and your daughter is actually way better than you. You played a few games on her acc and got carried/faced throwers that helped offset you being a detriment to your team.
#2 seems more likely to me because of this
Implies you are the one normally playing in bronze and your daughter is at least diamond+ since you get more comms in her games.
So which is it?
You should ask your daughter for tips on how to carry in Overwatch then.
On the real though… You’re equating “level” to skill.
Time spent vs. skill output.
Overwatch is not a game where you put in a lot of time and you get to go to elo heaven.
Overwatch is a competitive tier based game which is to say, the level of skill amongst your teammates only increases as you yourself improve as a player.
That’s a pretty bad explanation but, what I’m trying to say is… It sounds like you are like a Bronze or Silver ranked player in competitive.
Bronze
Silver
Gold
Platinum
Diamond
Master
Grand Master/(Top 500).
The amount of time you’ve spent playing does not equate to the rank you gain on the ladder. The ladder is comprised of ALL Overwatch players who have entered the competitive scene (in North America for me for example).
From the most recent statics released from Blizzard, of ALL the North American players of Competitive Overwatch, the player base is broke down as follows.
Bronze - 8%
Silver - 21%
Gold - 32%
Platinum - 25%
Diamond - 10%
Master - 3%
Grand Master - 1%
So for example… Lets say there’s 100 players of Overwatch… 32 of those players are Gold, 25 of them are Platinum, 8 of them are Bronze, etc.
It sounds to me like your daughter is a higher rank than you are and thus her teammates are much more competent. Where as you have not taken the time to adequately climb your position on the ladder to a point where your teammates perform at a consistent level. You have however, put extensive hours into the game on only one account and I commend you for that.
