Did anyone actually find a fix for this? I know itâs an old post, but I am having the same issue 
Double check whether itâs just for a specific Hero. Happens to me all the time, Iâll change something and some hero will keep the older settings as custom settings⌠Weird af, but happens all the time. Worth a shot.
If that doesnât help, try âScan and Repairâ on the Battle.Net App (OW Page > Cog beside âPlay Buttonâ), or try reinstalling.
If you go for reinstalling, probably worth Moving/Renaming/etc the âOverwatchâ Folder inside âDocumentsâ as some Settings seem to be kept in there. Probably wonât change a thing, but who knows. Maybe actually Rename/Move that BEFORE reinstalling, any chance, no matter how small, is worth a shot if it saves you the hours Battle.Net takes to download this bloated messâŚ
